RENEWALS AND NEW MEMBERSHIPS FOR 26/27
The Membership Year runs from 16th June to 15th June each year.
Junior members are those who hold a junior Environment Agency rod licence on the date of application.
Pensioner/disabled members are those that hold a corresponding concessionary Environmental Agency rod licence on the date of application.
1 RENEWAL PROCESS FOR EXISTING MEMBERS
Membership renewals for season 2026/2027 will be made available to existing members from 1st May 2026 until 31st August 2026 via the Clubmate App. or by logging into the Clubmate website on via smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC.
Please note there will not be a session for membership renewals at Bellwood this year. All renewals must be completed using the Clubmate App.
You can do this by clicking the Renew button at the bottom of this page or on the Clubmate App. You should find this a straightforward process, but the club have produced a help document which you can find here:

After 31st August any members wishing to renew will be liable to pay the new members fee – this fee may be waived at the discretion of the committee.
Existing members will not be able to fish from 16th June 2026 until they have renewed their membership.
2 – NEW MEMBERS
We welcome all new members and have various categories depending on your age, concessions and number of rods you wish to use. Costs are shown at the end of this page. You can join by downloading the Clubmate app on your device or clicking on the button at the end of this page. This will take you through the options and ask you to provide a head-and-shoulder style picture.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Proof of membership on the venues will be by Clubmate app on your mobile device. Should you not have such a device, or prefer to carry a physical membership card, you have the option to purchase one at application at a cost of £6. However you will need to re-order EACH SEASON should you require one.
Membership shall be at the discretion of the Committee and all members must be in possession of a current Environment Agency Rod Licence, when fishing club waters.
From 1st December each year half-season tickets (ie to the following June 15th) are available at a 50% discount membership fee (subject to standard £20 entry charge)
